Dearest Mary, I knew you for more than forty years from when I was a teenager. You were one of my late mother’s best friends and were always there for her over the years. She valued and loved you dearly, and we were privileged to have known you. I personally will miss your great sense of humour and wise counsel. Rest in peace dear Mary.
